Emakqq Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

1Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between emakqq ("we", "the platform", or "emakqq") and every individual who registers, logs in, or uses any service provided through the emakqq website ("Player" or "you"). These Terms cover all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and the use of promotions or bonuses.

By completing the emakqq account registration process, you expressly confirm that: (a) you have read these Terms in full and understand their contents; (b) you agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy emakqq and the Responsible Gambling ours, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and emakqq.

2Player Eligibility

To register and use the emakqq platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and while using the platform. emakqq strictly prohibits any individual under the age of 21 from registering or using our services.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — you are not subject to any legal restriction or court order that would prevent you from playing.
• Your use of the emakqq platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether using this platform is legal in your area.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• You are not an employee of emakqq, an employee of any game provider partnering with emakqq, or an immediate family member of any of the individuals mentioned above.

Emakqq reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm that a player meets the eligibility requirements above. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the crediting or withholding of the account balance at emakqq's discretion.

3Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at emakqq. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport
• Accurate date of birth
• An active email address that belongs to you
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number

Emakqq reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identity card (MyKad), passport, or a recent proof of address.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. emakqq will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4Deposits & Payments

Emakqq accepts deposits via approved payment methods for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in the currency Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Instant deposits, processed within seconds
• GrabPay — Easy deposits via the Grab app
• Boost — Popular Malaysian e-wallet for deposits
• ShopeePay — Direct transfer from your Shopee account
• DuitNow — Bank transfer using phone number or IC
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks) — Online banking

Minimum deposit is RM10. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, emakqq reserves the right to set deposit limits on specific accounts based on internal risk policies or additional verification requirements.

All funds deposited into an emakqq account must come from a legitimate source and belong to the player personally. emakqq does not accept deposits from third parties. Any attempt to deposit funds from an unlawful, suspicious, or third-party source will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

Emakqq is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment service provider. Please review the terms of your eWallet or bank before making a transaction.

5Withdrawals

Players may withdraw funds from their emakqq account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the player through the KYC process.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 3 to 5 minutes for eWallet, and up to 30 minutes for FPX or online banking, once the request has been approved.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Emakqq reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified amount.

Emakqq does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, emakqq reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while an investigation is conducted if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Emakqq offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including Welcome Bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and promotions tied to specific sporting events. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, which should be read together with these general Terms.

General conditions applicable to all emakqq bonuses include:

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements and full conditions are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• One active bonus at a time: By default, only one bonus may be active in your account at a time, unless otherwise stated.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Bonuses that expire without the wagering requirements being met will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus abuse policy: emakqq reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including hedge betting specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.

Emakqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions that have already been claimed and activated will be honoured under the original terms applicable at the time of the claim.

7Game Rules

All games available on emakqq — including Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), Slots, Live Sports (Football, Badminton, E-Sports), and Roulette — have specific rules stated within each game's interface.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game — such as a stream interruption in Live Casino or a technical fault in the Sports Betting system — emakqq reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance, or to settle the bets based on the outcome records captured by emakqq's system, whichever is more appropriate.

For live Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Any change in odds after the bet has been confirmed does not affect bets that have already been placed.

Emakqq reserves the right to void and refund any bet accepted in error — for example, due to a technical error in the odds system — with no liability to the player beyond the return of the original stake.

8Player Conduct

Emakqq players are expected to conduct themselves with respect and responsibility at all times while using the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure:

• Use of automated software, bots, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the systems, servers, or technical infrastructure of emakqq
• Identity fraud, registering multiple accounts, or providing false information during registration
• Any form of player collusion to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or using the emakqq platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour in any communication feature on the platform
• Sharing or selling account credentials to any other party

Emakqq uses an advanced monitoring system to detect any suspicious behaviour or violations of these Terms. All transactions and gaming activity are recorded and may be reviewed at any time.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Emakqq reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from law enforcement authorities, or security concerns.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, emakqq reserves the right to withhold or void any account balance, including winnings, once the investigation is complete and the violation has been confirmed.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the emakqq support team. For players closing their account due to problem gambling, emakqq offers a self-exclusion option, which is explained in Section 11.

10Liability Cap

The emakqq platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running uninterrupted 24/7 with 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times.

Emakqq is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: service disruptions beyond our control; internet connection failures on the player's end; actions by third parties including internet service providers or eWallet operators; or force majeure events.

Emakqq's maximum liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. emakqq is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses under any circumstances.

11Responsible Gambling

Emakqq is fully committed to responsible gambling and acknowledges that a small number of players may experience gambling-related difficulties. Our platform provides a range of self-control tools within the account settings to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits — Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit
• Loss limit — Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with over a given period
• Session time limit — Limit the total time you spend on the platform each day
• Temporary self-exclusion — Suspend your account for a set period (7 days to 6 months)
• Permanent self-exclusion — Permanently close your account due to problem gambling

14Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from the use of the emakqq platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the player and emakqq.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the player may refer the matter to the arbitration procedure established by emakqq. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
